    The comedy defending is still there, but there were definite signs of positive change in that half.

    Benson/Gomes look OK in the middle. Brittain has looked more effective and Styles is a different player when utilised on the left.

    Benson on corners is an improvement.

    Hopefully Vic gets a confidence boost from an excellent goal and we can build on this in the second half.

    Playing as well as can expect, if we can get the ball forward quicker & the players stop being as static in possession then we can win this. Nothings sticking up front though, Vic isn’t a target man with his first touch, and Cauley’s having a mare. Oulare on for Woodrow, but that won’t happen. Gomes & Benson in the middle are forming a good partnership. We also miss Sibbicks pace in the back 3.
