    Closer than it should have been in the end. India and us lead the betting to win the tournament and I can't see anyone challenging that. Maybe the West Indies or South Africa for more outsiders. Australia have the weakest team I can remember them having for a long time.

    Aussies are poor. Us or India, Pakistan and Windies always a good outside bet. New Zealand will be there or thereabouts, they always are.
