And why do we know nowt? Oh yeah because the people we bought tickets from have said they refuse to give any information until they want to. That is a fact not an opinion.
Because the Stendel sacking thing is irrelevant and you're trying to stifle people's opinions on it by saying they must wait. If you want to reserve judgment go for it- maybe this isn't the thread for you then really is it? Don't then try and tell others to be restrained as it isn't any of your business to do so and may not affect you like it does others on here.
Oh hang on.... i think they have changed the latest statement to "numerous operating proceedures". This is a bit like the they are injured...now they are 2 weeks off (but not training). Oh then somebody just happened to mention a visa issue!
Jeez, telling people to show restraint is hardly the crime of the century, it's a reasonable suggestion in light of the tiny amount of information available! But yeah, whatever, I'll bow to your opinion that my opinion is wrong. In a bit.
We got it the first time. You don't have to do it repeatedly though or people might start to get arsey. Oh look they have, there's your answer why.
Who sold tickets in the west stand? Who then refused entry to the west stand? Based on the above who's responsibility is it to inform the paying customers of the reasons for that refusal?
I'd ask yourself why you are massively in the minority on this perhaps rather than looking outward for an answer.
Look we've been here before and you disappeared for months after something similar and when you came back you said something along the lines of regretting how you acted- you're going back into those realms again. You're like a dog with a bone and you won't respect others' rights to air their views. We will have to agree to disagree. I won't reply any more to you.
If you were running the club, what would you have done? Would you have contacted the affected fans, explained exactly what the problems were with the stand, given some kind of assurances that the situation would be resolved, and maybe offered them some form of sweetener to temporarily move seats? Or would you have issued a vague statement that was guaranteed to wind people up? The people running our club are supposed to be business people. At the moment they look like amateurs. Customer care is really ****ing easy to get right, especially when your "customers" are life-long devotees. The fact that the owners get it wrong so often proves they have no empathy at all. Amateurs.
He hasn’t defended them though. He’s said the situation is ****, but is reserving the right to wait until actual facts about the stand emerge before he decides who is lying.
Exactly this. They appear to have no concern for the way their customers feel. It doesn’t matter one iota if it turns out that the fans have got the wrong end of the stick. The point is the fans are the customers and currently the customers are unhappy and want some reassurance. The board has dismissed this. The “We’ve given you a night with the CEO, and we’ve set up another. What more could you possibly want?” attitude is appalling customer service.
Unless a earthquake has hit the oakwell region more specific under the west stand since the Millwall game , it s more than likely still OK to use
