In the offices at Oakwell - that's why we've been able to play home games so far this season with the west stand open.
You seem to be ignoring my comment about the possibility of another safety assessment being done independent of the council which supercedes that one. Again, I'm just trying to point out you know nowt and I know nowt.

There isn't one. Clearly. Just a load of ********. My heart is bleeding over this crass posturing & the disregard for fans. Conway & co have just shown their arse in a phenomenal fashion. My mind set towards them has changed massively in the least 24 hours.
Of course you're right "if" but now we're getting BFC commenting on the council statement like the council were calling out BFC statement. They're both lying,or the truth lays somewhere in the middle. What ever it is it,s a mess and needs sorting sooner or later.Like I said earlier I'll remain on the fence until the full facts are established.
I'm not ignoring anything, I think. As far as I can tell there is no legal requirement to close the west stand. The club have not said that there is, and the council play the biggest part in determining these things, and they've issued a statement saying that if the west stand is closed, it's nothing to do with them. So I do know summat.
Why would they get another assessment done? It's the kind of thing where you desperately hope it will pass like a car's MOT or a school's OFSTED visit. No one takes their old car that's just passed an MOT and decides to take it to another garage the next day and get another one done or invites the inspectors back in after receiving a pleasing judgement. You grit your teeth and hope to **** that all goes well and sigh with relief once it's over with.
Thornley Manor, oz bomber moxey Dennis Barry neville Wayne all be down west stand now ripping it to bits , to lower asking price , Conway is the modern day ally frazzer
The key message I get from this is 'we think it's perfectly fine to not bother to update supporters for at least another two weeks, while we continue to play silly buggers on this pathetic dispute.' Also, nothing remotely to address the obvious link (clearly a huge coincidence) that closing the West Stand miraculously coincided with an increased allocation being provided to Sheff Utd fans. Pathetic, embarrassing and done with a new CEO in place, so as a first impression of his capabilities at the helm he's undone the optimism I had from his CV. We're firmly back into 21-word statement territory now in terms of my attitude towards the ownership. They'd earned themselves a bit of leeway with seemingly improved decision-making last season, particularly in terms of transfer policy, but it didn't take long for them to regress back to the mean.
Quite possibly. Tell the ******* truth, now rather than in 2 weeks time, I suppose, is what im saying. Todays statement is worth 0. It the least that our fans who are affected by this cluster f*ck deserve.
Apparently, in this case it means preparing statements that, while technically are black text on white paper, contain so little meaningful content that they may as well be a blank document.
Leeway. The portmanteau of Pacific Media Group's key men involved in BFC. And something they've lost in S70.
When my car passes its MOT, I won't be relieved and think "Thank God for that"...I think I'll go and get a second opinion as well.
