    It might do but the terms of commercial leases can be quite severe where property is concerned I used to lease a pub and when the lease expired I had to return it to the owner in perfect condition and if the pub fell or burnt down I had to rebuild it for the owner at my expense obviously covered by insurance but never the less it was down to me.
