Getting rid of Schopp would be an admission of failure by Conway etc.

Multi millionaire businessmen don't usually admit to failure.
The plan and the spreadsheet need binning and we have to appoint a MANAGER who will run the team affairs and not be dictated to by moneymen.
As our new CEO apparently has said, transparency is here, well let's see how visible they are in putting things right.

It would, but sticking with something that clearly isn't working and making things even worse is not a great business look either. Schopp, bless him, appears to have the managerial acumen and charisma of a squashed apricot. Get rid and get back to that spreadsheet.

The head coaching role is not a long term position at BFC and we all kinda have to accept that now. If they do well then they quickly move on and we get compensated. In the main they've got the previous 3 appointments spot on but looks like they've made a big mistake with this fella. They need to be brave enough to come out and admit that. Not every appointment is going to be successful but you can't stick with a head coach who looks so out of his depth that he's worse than Morrais.

we’ve been doing this fir 5 years now. We aren’t binning the spreadsheet, we aren’t giving the manager carte Blanche and we aren’t changing what we do.

we will sack the manager however, good business men are ruthless and don’t stand idle.

Either he goes, or we are relegated. That is a fairly simple business decision. His pre-match interview was uninspiring, but his team selection throughout the match would have been better left to one of the two poodle crosses I walk. They are quick across the park & have good judgement. Something that was sadly lacking today.

i remember a few years ago a member of my team came along and stated he had worked a new rota and it would reduce all the engineering teams ‘on call’ by 20%. I pointed out in his spreadsheet he had forgot to include Tuesdays. I think we need to check the spreadsheet in this instance.

We don’t necessarily need someone to be banging on the table in the boardroom. A manager constantly demanding resources beyond the clubs means could be just as dangerous. I’d settle for a bit of passion on the touchline and some tactical nous for now.

That is disrespectful to apricots because apricots to my knowledge have never managed football clubs. Schopp has been managing Barnsley but an apricot would be just as good an appointment.

the coach , in his own words last night said he could understand the fans reaction at the end of the game, saying they expect passion, but yet he himself does not show any passion, so why does'nt he just walk, he has admitted his own failings. also if the board has heard or read his quote and they have any brains at all , they should be reacting and sacking the useless individual

Are you speaking generally or on anyone you know specifically? I believe that senior executives or multi millionaire businessmen know when to make decisions based on performance and the business needs first and foremost.

Don't think it would be an admission of failure and he had zero problems axing Stendel at Nancy after 10 games.
