    It's not as if there's any decent football on telly. Just Aston Villa v Chelsea on Saturday and Leeds v Liverpool on Sunday.

    Just think how many people have paid for travel and accomodation, that wont get refunded. The cost to Lancashire for hosting the test and preparations they've made. Knock on effect that will have as the ECB compensate. All because the BCCI want to protect the IPL.

    Hopefully the ECB can get some of that IPL pot as compensation.

    BCCI have too much power - remember when they didn't allow some of the 3rd umpire technology while everyone else did? Corrupt, politically influenced by the BJP, they won't forfeit the match that's for sure.

    That does change things a bit. Surely if the players get Covid they will miss the start of the,IPL anyway as they can't get on a plane.

    Very disappointing when we were half way over the moors when we found out. Bad that they left it so late to call it off and wasted thousands of people’s time and money.

    I read that it’s up to Chris Broad to decide if they’ve forfeited the match and hence a 2-2 result or 2-1 if it’s deemed void.

    If they get it, they have to quarantine which means some missing some of the IPL. Utter contempt for the paying fans.
