    From Girls Aloud has died after a battle with breast cancer.

    She was 39

    **** cancer. I was happy when she won Celebrity Big Brother as she didn't realise how well liked by the public she was.

    Terribly sad news. No age at all.

    Girls Aloud are/were a superb pop band and she was integral to that.

    Absolutely heartbreaking. 39 is no age at all and hits home how things are out of your control, such sad news and puts perspective on living for today

    Very sad. I’m old enough to be her dad so it’s tragic someone so young is killed by that dreadful disease.
