    Yeah, it's not great a great song by any stretch, but at least it shines a light on the worsening quality of life that ironing boards can expect in this country since the Tories got into power.

    True fact: ironing boards haven't been mentioned in a single Conservative manifesto and government real-term spending on them hasn't seen an increase despite the shocking stories we read about them on a daily basis.

    I used one in an executive hotel room at the weekend. It had its own compartment in the wardrobe. It seems that equality for ironing boards is a long way off

    Wow that sounds wonderful. Never had the pleasure of using one myself. Is it exciting?
    Is it easy to use or is it advisable to get some professional training before tackling some of the more awkward items of clothing?
