Surely cole or victor are better options than clarke. At least its there natural position.

 

To be fair, in my experience over years of watching football. Most sides that keep the same team playing together regularly perform better than sides that change it up every week. It's not like I look at the reserves and think 'why the hell is this guy not playing'

 

What position should he play? Because the last few coaches seem to agree that he’s not a left wing back

He has been a wing-back, but clearly not rated there. He is obviously a great dribbler, a good passer and has a great touch. So in theory could make a good winger/inside forward. The issue is that he is very much learning on the job, often takes up poor positions and doesn't make the right runs. He wouldn't be starting if everyone was fit, as he is new to the position. But us fans need to show patience and back our players to come through.

 

At least we are one up on the substitutes count.
