I use a different account as previously had problems when actually abroad with my normal account. Maybe because I already had an audio pass. But if you get the price in Dollars or Euros it should worj

Just looked online and Italy it is 166 euros for a season pass ( over 25% hike on a couple of seasons back!!!!......) Even though IMO that is ripping off the fans given the Covid situation IF the quality and reliability had been fit for purpose I would probably have stumped up.

However, in spite of many on here saying they had no problems, I did. Blackouts, freezes, pixelation audio out of sync with video etc. on a regular basis. It was not at my end since I have a steady and rock solid 30-35Mb/s bandwidth via microwave. I have 4K Netflix and 4K Amazon Prime video with crystal clear lag free video and audio. You Tube is the same. It is only iFollow that gave me problems...
The final straw was some snooty madam (I could use stronger language, on iFollow live chat , when I was having trouble accessing a game (halfway through the first half still trying to get a picture) in spite of me pointing out some on here posted they were experiencing the same issues, effectively accused me of lying , saying " It is funny then, how only you have complained about it" and said the fault must at my end or my ISP. It is not as if I came on 'gangbuster' as she is a contact point and not responsible for the crappy service but she did get me annoyed with her couldn't care less attitude. When I pointed out that Prime and Netflix were fine and I had just run a speedcheck showing 34Mb/s download speed she practically accused me of lying.
Needlesss to say I stated there and then that IMO the iFollow infrastructure was not 'fit for purpose' and I would not be renewing. She said it was my choice an there was nothing they could do to fix my problem. Having missed a number of halves of matches during the season due to connection problems it was a Mickey Mouse setup. I have not changed my opinion and certainly not shelling out 166 euros .

I usually find quality of stream on ifollow is better at away games than our own. However no complaints today, all spot on.
