    Oh no its another thread on club statements , why oh why I ask ? Who cares , lets just get on with what we did before we had chief executives etc etc etc & support the boys on the pitch , roll on the start of the season .

    I can't remember this sort of clamour for an interview with Michael Spinks back in the day. Why do we suddenly feel the need to hear what club employees have to say.

    To be fair, they're probably still awaiting the search warrant for the City Ground so that police can retrieve James Cryne's laptop before Dane hacks the password. After that they'll be a big interview about prospective signings and a flurry of transfer activity.
