    Bless him. Probably thought he should be playing as Main striker not on the wing and handed in a transfer request after his mates were sold.

    Was sent to Aberdeen. Played about 10 times I think then never got near squad. Then went back to Brizzle and got near the matchday squad twice I think towards the end of the season.
    So a footballer who left us in search of £££££ (no blame there - the general concencus is that we'd all do likewise) has played 12 games of football in a season.

    I have no idea whther the lad has been injured, been happy to pick up the ££ or is a bad apple; I've seen no evidence for any. But 12 games in a season when you are on big bucks ........... summat dunt add up.

    (and I liked the lad for us ........ as a player).

    Same here, I liked him too. I think he backed himself to be honest, he certainly did a few interviews where he seemed pretty ambitious in his time with us, but its just not panned out for him for whatever reason. Shame really, but I'm sure he's earned a pretty penny in the meantime.

    Liam Walsh - absolute star in Coventry City's promotion season and a major tout for me to sign for us. Watch Coventry snap him up, but this lad is a really good, combative central midfielder and still young. He must have got lost in the paperwork somewhere at Brizzle because he is one to watch for sure. Get him Signed. Right age. Right position. I bet he also has all the right stats for the spreadsheet.
