Interesting fact: lightning shoots up from the ground, not down from the sky.

Agree it does, but that's after the initial strike from the cloud down to the ground.

Interesting Fact: Thunder and Lightning is a result of Zeus and Hades having an argument. Zeus sends down the thunder and Hades sends the lightning back up in retaliation, which is why it comes out of the ground.

    Yes it does.

The strike starts from the cloud and makes its way downwards by least resistance.

As it nears the ground, the polar opposites of positive and negative charges attract each other.

At that point it also reaches from the ground upwards and joins together.

    And the flash/strike is illuminated.

Hence if you're in a storm and hairs stand on end, fuxking panic cause you've just turned into a conductor for the opposite charge to connect to.

Just some more random **** I remember from discovery channels etc

You may be describing basic physics, but I'm afraid it's all Greek to me.

Was this the moment when SM realised that Non Season ticket holders weren’t getting tickets in the ballot?

Just read up on it. Apparently it doesn't even have to be dark outside. White clouds are just as dangerous.
