On what planet is it acceptable that the Welsh Assembly and pissy pants Drakeford have any say on whether we can have fans for a home game? Why is everyone not furious?

I personally think it will be a disgrace if we're told we're not allowed fans for the home leg, purely on the basis that Wales won't allow home fans at Swansea. I get Swansea will see an unfair advantage, but completely not our problem IMO.

    Suggestion...
Have the champions league final at Wembley and our play off final in Turkey.

Might be that it's not happened yet? That's why I'm not fussed presently.

Agree Marc, but that's not happened yet, as far as I can tell.

Apparently UEFA now looking at moving CL final to Portugal. Seems like a reasonable compromise

Totally agree with this and was thinking the same myself. If they can’t have fans then unlucky for them, tough luck. On what basis could the EFL prevent us from having fans. None, I would suggest.

Better for them as all the European delegates dont have to quarantine I think (though am not totally sure)
I genuinely dont care - as long as we dont get bumped to Villa Park for the Championship playoff final

I think you might be aiming your 12 bore at the wrong target. The decision on whether we are allowed fans for the first leg will not be down to the Welsh assembly! There might be some spineless Englishman hiding behind the Welsh but it won’t make it true.

We've won in Cardiff and London, playoff final should be in Edinburgh.

Wembley is setup for the trial events ahead of the Euros and because of the cup games. The other grounds aren't. This includes the additional wiring and connections for the media, the entry check-ins, the one way systems, etc. It's all been approved there. The other stadiums haven't, which is why Villa Park was ruled out. This means if they move it to another stadium the attendance goes backwards as it moves to the 10,000 rules.

This is my limited understanding anyway. In terms of the quarantine rules, UEFA officials already have a 'free pass' on quarantine so this isn't seen to be a barrier for holding the game in the UK and just a formality to be agreed.

Also, I heard part of the agreement for moving it to the UK is that the crowd must be 20,000 as a minimum which only Wembley can do right now, hence it not being easy to move it elsewhere. If we, as fans, want the best chance possible to get to the Playoff Final we have to hope the date is moved and the venue remains unchanged.

No I think we hope that they leave Wembley alone and either play it in Turkey as planned or Portugal as the compromise venue

Apparently the Uk government have to turn a blind eye to the UEFA delegates isolating on entering the UK no matter which red or amber zone they come from.

That's extremely unlikely to happen though. So I'm ruling that option out. It's Wembley's final to turn down basically.

I agree that if UEFA decide to play in the UK it will be at Wembley and equally if UEFA decide that there is no way Wembley wont turn it down
Still not worrying about that at the moment as first we have to get there

Trouble is however it’s done in London out of the possible 4 playoffs there is only us that wouldn’t arrive in West London, so at best you have 3 sets of Fans, Chelsea, MC +1 if Swansea beat us you have +2, so potentially 4 sets of fans moving through West London.

It will be a disgrace if we’re not allowed fans at our game.

According to reports now. Wembley was looking good for a CL final in next couple of years. So Istanbul doesn't lose out they'll just swop places with Wembley.

Not sure that makes a difference. Bournemouth in to Waterloo, Swansea in to Paddington, Barnsley in to King's Cross or Euston, and Brentford already there. Everyone goes for the same tube line anyway so would all be on the Metropolitan line for Wembley.
