Roma from next season. No wonder he's always got such a massive smile on his face. Wonder what payouts he got, for failing at United and Spurs?
Good luck to him. Tottenham will break their squad up this summer and the next boss will benefit from having decent centre backs and a coherent midfield.
How he keeps getting jobs in football I'll never know. Can't stand the bloke. The Special One my ar.se.....
He needs to do something special (forgive the pun) with Roma or you feel he's probably done. For me his CV puts him ahead of Guardiola currently in terms of overall career, but not if Guardiola wins the CL again and Mourinho fails at Roma
Pep for me. More trophies overall, and same number of titles and CL in a shorter time. Also done it playing stunning football, and the way they've recovered after last year's PL is pretty impressive. Mourinho way past his peak now, and showed at both United and Spurs that he's unwilling to adapt. I predict he'll struggle at Roma as well.
I don't think you can look at any of the squads Pep has managed and say that he's got more out of them than should have been expected, particularly since Barca - he's taken easy jobs and basically achieved about the minimum you'd expect given the players and resources at his disposal. The failure to win the CL with Bayern or City (yet) is a definite underachievement. He's also a hypocritical pr1ck.
1st season he does ok 2nd season he creates an argument with a top player for no reason. 3rd season loses interest and gets sacked and paid up. Eat sleep rave repeat.
Spurs don't have to pay him niw because he's taken the Roma job so quickly. They were daft to sack him before the cup final imo.
Lol mate. yeah but how many has he scored in the second half of the season????? NB - I don't know, I just don't like Mourinho
And a hatful of assists. To not allow Kane to get involved deeper would be a waste of the amazing passing ability he's got. Problem comes when he drops deep and nobody goes beyond him (like for England). I think Man United would be such a good move for him the way they play.
