If you then asked each of them to do the same then it's a chain letter. I would have instantly deleted it. I hate those things and break the chain every time even if it says I'll get bad luck for the next 30 years if I do.
If people can't go a few days without social media from sports clubs then they need to have a word with themselves and rethink their lives IMO. It is for a good cause and is directed at the companies more than anything.
I’d never, ever have asked students to do it and the purpose wasn’t to pass it on to anyone else but to increase empathy. Terrible idea for students but it did make me look outside my echo chamber... It’s took a LOT of willpower to not delete a huge Trump lover though who I’d added on Facebook years ago through a game we both played. She is a really generous person on the game but wow she shares some rubbish on her timeline.
