Forgot to click ‘apply code’ and thus got charged £10. The club email with the code advised what to do with payment issues, ie, contact EFL direct. After making contact via the EFL App and providing details refund is on its way. Only confusion was EFL advised to contact them via the live advisor bubble icon on the website. After 10 minutes of searching and head scratching, I realised what they meant was the email icon on the IFollow page. Anyways, sorted now. Thanks to both club and EFL for sorting it so quickly.
