Unfortunately, Rotherham seem to running on empty. Can't see them making the games in hand count, just due to the sheer volume of fixtures.
Definitely in their last game but they were poor all over the park. Just a couple of days before they were brilliant in beating QPR. Wouldn’t rule them out at all yet as they’re so Jekyll and Hyde.
Be funny if both of them are one victory away from safety and play out the $hittiest 0-0 draw ever to both drop down
True, but their overall trajectory of form is not great, and they're simultaneously running out of games and have a fixture pile up. The Wycombe defeat and last night against Coventry are likely to be crucial blows, in my opinion.
Exactly. I'd love them to stay up but from a selfish point of view it would be good if they lost their next two and were actually or almost certainly down by the time they play us.
Rotherham play Birmingham on Sunday, they're the only team in the bottom 10 that they've got left to play. With how they're floundering at the minute, I can't see them getting the points they need sadly. Would have loved to see Derby or Birmingham go down.
They (and we) said that about us many times last season. Especially with our last three games against the Top 6, Leeds, Forest and Brentford. We were bottom of the League going into the 92nd minute in the penultimate game of the season. Never ever give up.
I understand that, and had it not been for two late winners in the last two games, we wouldn't be where we are now. We came back from the lockdown though with a lot more about us than what Rotherham seem to have now. We seemed to have goals everywhere in the team for starters. I hope I'm wrong like, but I don't see them staying up. It's between them and Derby I reckon, and I think Rotherham will go down because they'll squander more points.
