He’s great value and always makes me laugh. He is a dinosaur and doesn’t care who he upsets. A necessary antidote for much of the modern toss in the game and with every right to be upset today. The Boro lot love him up here and I reckon we would have been the same had he ever managed us. Think Dave Basset.
If you’ve seen the disallowed Boro goal you’d understand. I can’t blame him for going apoplectic, Another example of awful refereeing in the Championship.
And rightly so too, the officials are too protected in this country. The goal Boro had chalked off today was a joke. The ref should have to tell us what he’s seen. I’d like to see them interviewed after they’ve had the chance to see the mistakes, I think it’ll help both the viewing public and the officials. The last few years the standard of officiating in England has been dreadful and it needs to improve.
The ref wasn't even looking at the tackle, he just saw the player fall down and blew his whistle. I expect Colin will get fined and the ref will carry on as normal.
Having just seen the incidents on Quest, I think when Colin gets fined, their supporters should start a go fund me page to pay it, and for that matter, encourage Colin to continue to bring those “referees “ to account,,,, and pay the fines for that as well!
I find it bizarre that players , Managers have to face the cameras after games and the officials don’t . I don’t think there should be witch hunts or the Spanish Inquisition but we should at least have statements whether from the horses mouth or second hand . I get that there’s morons in our communities that start key board warrioring and issue abuse and threats including death etc . These can be dealt with through the courts and should not detract from our right to know why a wrong decision is made
i have sent letters to FA and EFL about the wallies with the whistle and they see no wrong in them and the referee is always right, unbelievable, but lets face it they think they are always right as well. what gets me if a player or manager does something wrong they are dropped or out on there ear, even governments make mistakes and everybody is gunning for them, but these jerks, the refs, the FA and the EFL can dono wrong, they think they are GOD and it is time they were brought to face the music

Excellent idea, and make it a very public thing. I’ve just watched it on Quest and Swansea also cheated in their last game at Stoke. They’ve just nicked 4 points in a week
Gavin Ward, the ref who abandoned our game at Plymouth when we were 4-1 up and 4th official Trevor Kettle yesterday at Swansea. Someone had it in for Warnock!!
