I very much doubt it. Even opposition coaches will not have worked out all the details just yet. If Ismael were to share all his secrets, devising a plan to counteract the system would be that much easier. Everyone at the club is fond of saying that opponents hate to play against us, and that is not all down to workrate.
If it's within your gift, I recommend taking a walk round the back of the Metrodome between 10am and midday most weekdays. You can watch the team train and rehearse those triggers (which they do incessantly) from a viewpoint where you can see the whole pitch. You can't hear Big Val, but he's usually stood in the middle of the pitch coordinating the whole thing. I can't say I've watched for long enough to gain any insight into what the triggers are, but I've seen enough to appreciate how much thought is going into our patterns of play. I'm sure that counts as legally-permitted exercise!
