Have to say, it does make for great reading right now https://www.otib.co.uk/index.php?/topic/210996-brentford-v-barnsley/
I wouldn't be surprised if they get rid of Holden before we play them. We're currently level on points with them. When we played them in the fifth game of the season they were top with 12 points and we had only 1 point. If we're taking bets for anyone doing a Hull City then I'd think they'd be favourites.
Great post. Kinda tells us that what our board have planned and done is proving to be effective and recognised by others as being effective.
Think they seem very worried about that too. They are in the bottom 3 in the form table and Holden seems not to have a clue.
They are at home to Reading on Tuesday and another poor result against them and i reckon they could be manager less by the time we play them next Saturday.
Very educated too. Someone tell Callum Styles he’s right footed, as they appear to know. I don’t think anyone’s told Callum...
Interesting that they'd looked at Brittain and decided against him. Suppose he was too much of a risk for them.
Had a good chat with a group of their fans on our last visit. Little Lee was still there and their forum was largely slagging him off. They all thought the forum posters were mostly idiots and that he was doing a decent job, even though they agreed on the streaky nature of results. Within months he was gone and I had a little chuckle, but tbf they seem to have gone backwards since he was sacked.
mmmmm.......the further you read on, the more they sound like Bayern Munich patting us on the head. It's Bristol City!!
There is a generation of fans that have grown up supporting clubs with rich owners. They don’t worry when the tap might drip dry as long as they can condescend to fans of others. They don’t get the concept of unfair advantage and are the first to moan when the rugs pulled.
