We know India can drop anchor though.

The declaration is an easy option looking at it as a supporter, saying that, in my opinion England needed to send a massage to India that we are here to win, therefore declaring at least 10 overs earlier . If we cant defend 380 on that wicket we deserve to lose.

I might just set my brain alarm for five minutes before start of play as I don’t want to miss any of this last day.

I predict we’ll have two or three more out by lunch and then steam roller them in the afternoon. Kohli is bound to get a hundred but the rest will fall short

All three results are still possible, if Rishabh Pant gets in and scores a quick 80/90, India's lower order can dictate the result of the game.
This is what makes Test cricket the best sport in the world. I had a lay in this morning but my alarm is set , can't wait.
Btw the wife is thinking of filing for divorce :D

I'm shattered , not missed a ball but have loved it apart from that spell after tea where we seemed to drift a bit. Will be one of the more positive lockdown memories hopefully.

It’s not good getting up at five for cricket (4am for you) but it’s compulsive viewing isn’t it? It’s hard to function with so little sleep but what the heck. It’s got to be done!

I missed an hour on Saturday morning when I had a lie-in until 5am instead of 4am, but other than that I've watched the entire match. As you say it's hard to function after losing so much sleep, and I've found that sometimes, without warning, I just seem to suddenly nod o

    Wake up!!!
My daytime napping is all over the place these last few weeks with all this cricket, but that’s ok. I’m in the privileged position of being able to please myself seven days a week during this winter exile in Spain so what else can I do?
I’m binge watching football and cricket of course and ploughing through Vikings on Netflix. I even spend some time out in the sun as well.
Not a bad life really but I am looking forward to my return to Yorkshire, all things being well.
