Me neither. It's one of those things that, when it was on telly, I always had something better to do. People I worked with raved about it, though, and I've sometimes wondered if I've missed out on something special. Then I've immediately forgotten all about it again.
It's a very good film, if you view it in the context of the times in which it was made. And if you don't like it, there's Charmian Carr to eyeball.
Sound of Music wasn't one of my favourite things. Hate musicals. He did some decent films though. He was good in Star Trek 6, Battle of Britain and The Girl With the Deagon Tattoo. R.I.P.
