    It's pretty impressive for any GB tennis player to get through qualifying and make it into the draw of a Grand Slam but even more so when you consider what Franesca Jones has to overcome.

    From reading the articles - on the BBC website - it states she suffers from 'ectrodactyly ectodermal dysplasia syndrome' which means 'she was born with three fingers and a thumb on each hand, three toes on her right foot and four toes on her left.'
