We always have chicken. Not too keen on turkey, it's a bit dry.

Youngest son is in our " bubble" and is coming for Xmas dinner. Recently become a vegetarian.
He's having a nut roast and my wife is going to try it as well. I'm having Turkey with the
    usual and traditional veg.

Three Rib Beef here. I’ve already done Turkey twice in the last month with Thanksgiving and an early Christmas so a refreshing change, cooked to a Hawksmoor recipe, and they’ll be loads left!

We've just had turkey. Plenty of ways to keep it moist during cooking, but it's naturally low in fat (hence lacking in flavour and juices compared to chicken or other meat).

Just had a nice turkey crown. It was a Bronze so a bit nicer flavour. Serves 5 it said There were 3 of us so thought we might get 2 meals out of it. I think they missed something off as it should have said serves 5 for a week. I think we’ve eaten about 1/4 of it so turkey pie Sunday and Curry Monday is looking likely

Chicken in our house, not a fan of turkey so definitely don’t want to be eating it for days.

I did a whole roast salmon a few years ago, absolutely superb. Enjoy!

Cheese and pickle sandwich for my Christmas lunch. Sausage and chips for dinner. No hassle, lovely. Well, I say lovely, the sausages were a bit grim.

For the past eleven Christmas dinners I've had a stir fry from a little noodle cafe that is always open (nowt says Christmas like eating from a polystyrene container, right?) but this year I had to stay indoors having got sun burnt on Christmas Eve doing the panic shopping.
