Valerien certainly doesn't hide behind inane rhetoric. The more I listen to the bloke, the more I like him and believe the board have done well in appointing him. Hopefully, they listen to, and back, the bloke as best they can in next month's transfer window.
I like Valerien too mate, he sounds a no nonsense kind of guy. As you say let's hope he gets some backing in the transfer window
Only thing I'm not so keen on is his public criticism of Simoes, he's only just 20 and on the fringes of the 1st team.
I would wager that he already knows the players he wants, probably from his previous experience as a manager. He has done so well that I can't imagine that the board won't back him.
