He rewards players for good cameos. Frieser did well against Wednesday, so he started against Preston. Victor did well against Preston and I reckon he'll start against Swansea.
Frieser started the Wednesday game. But in my opinion that was after two or three decent cameos where he came on and did well.
Point still stands though. He got his start on Saturday after a couple of decent cameos, and kept his place after getting a goal.
I hope he doesn't start Victor vs Swansea. He just doesn't seem to have the same effect when starting a game. He's a nuisance when he's battling with tired defenders and running at weary legs. Just my opinion like. I'd stick with Frieser.
I agree with this. Let Frieser (and Chaplin) run their knackers off and then bring Victor on against tired legs. It’s working well so far as he’s having great impact on the games.
Absolutely, he's only made 12 apps this season, and only 4 of those have been starts, so compared to some players who have been playing Saturday/Tuesday for 3 months, he's very fresh.
I think his comments when asked about Schmidt reveals the thought process of the man. To paraphrase he said everyone gets a chance, but you have to take it, Schmidt had a chance and knows it’s Victors. In other words you will get a chance if you perform you will stay.
Are all you responses of late lyrics from eighties songs? Is it some sort of bet? Can we all join in?
I hope he's prepared to give more than one chance, simoes for eg. has a lot to offer, huge potential.
