Dilemma

    I have a long standing friend of over 30 years. Lovely guy. Unfortunately he's a MASSIVE fan. For the last god knows how many years he always calls me post match and gloats like crazy about the result and the comparative status of our clubs. Despite the fact that he is a close friend he carries with him the arrogance that we've ome to expect of them in blue and white stripes.
    My dilemma is.......should I call him to "give him some back" or should I not call him, thereby showing him that we are above all that, and that, they are indeed not worthy?

    Text him with something completely unrelated to the game. Don't mention the game at all and just leave it at that. It will mess with his head

    I get regular grief from a MASSIVE about how shít Barnsley are.
