    If he has a good 3 months with us, he would easily get £15-20k offers from clubs in the Championship and even maybe bottom end of PL.
    If he was willing to take £15k then the club have a real decision to make

    In my (completely uninformed) opinion, 15k a week would be a no-brainer. It's not so much more than what our top earner is supposedly on that it would smash the wage structure completely. plus it's justifiable to the other players in the squad, within the context of the current market, his experience, calibre and the like.

    He’ll only be sold if he wants to be sold. ( as does any player) He may want to see his contract out. Pick up a nice signing on fee. To compensate a reduction in wages. ?
