    Seriously though its none of our business - it had no impact on his presenting skills and he is not the only bloke to ever stray off the straight and narrow

    Says a lot about how the world has changed.

    1988 Much loved Top TV personality involved with drugs and hookers is career ending.

    2019 almost every candidate for running the Conservative party admits to drug use. Winning candidate serial sex fiend who offered public money in return for sex. Doesn’t even warrant a raised eyebrow.

    Surely reasonable lies somewhere in between?

    I don’t think anyone should lose their job for what they choose to do in the bedroom, unless my taxes are paying for it.

    Perhaps we will one day have a media with the quality to pay tribute to a man without simultaneously sullying his name. Sullying to generations that never knew him without consideration for the everlasting effect it will have on his loved ones!
