Time is relative to the speed of light. So if you can slow light, you can (in theory) slow time. The speed of light depends on the medium, so if you lived underwater you could age at a slower speed than if you lived on the surface.... Gravity also affects the speed of light, and the passage of time. So it is thought that time on the "surface" of Jupiter would be slower than on the Earth. And then you get into wave-particle duality, where it can be a wave (photon) or particle and Heisenberg uncertainty (measuring something changes it).
It is, but that doesn't necessarily mean that God (or some entity) doesn't exist, just that organised worship is something wholly manmade and (for me) a bit pointless. It's a bit like the ants in your garden worshipping you - you'd never even know about it and so would be unlikely to answer their prayers. Next time two ant nests go to war, it could be that one of them worships you, while the other worships your wife. Whatever the outcome, you'll still be none the wiser.
Any ants that worship my wife must be very Old Testament - she's definitely a vengeful God. Her idea of gardening is to throw ant powder around until it looks like it's been snowing.
