No but I think like players we sign they will have been on our radar. I think it will be Hannes Wolf, Poya Ashbagi or that old guy who turned us down too.

i think it will be some unknown foreign manager but there are some uk managers that could do the job. As regards players identified to fit our pressing game. Surely the pressing game used by D Stendel and G Struber is not uniquely used by foreign managers. Can anybody tell me which ' British' managers who have successfully adopt this style with their current teams.

I'd go along with a Paul Warne, Flynn, Teasdale or Ainsworth type appointment. Someone who can have a blank canvass who will be in the job regardless of the division we find ourselves.

    No I don’t.
And I’m pleased to hear it.
We don’t want a big name Charlie here.
A manager like Warnock that plays the old fashioned English game.
It was plain to see that with a couple of additions we would have put Middlesbrough to bed in the 1st half.

The next manager of Barnsley will most likely be a young continental manager that plays in a style that suits the Barnsley set up.
    And that’s GREAT by me.

It’s got to be someone who doesn’t know what a basket case we are becoming, so yes someone living in blissful ignorance.
