Nar would never be considered, he can't play the pressing game ..... Itl be someone who's excellent at running around but can't do much else.
Dont worry all the jacob brown money is off back into the squad. Dont know when tho.... on a serious note it is worrying could be a long old season.
I think that this has been a really difficult transfer window and I wouldn't discredit the board, as I am convinced that they have been doing all they could to sign the players Stuber wants to strengthen the squad further. I can believe that we were in straight away for Dykes and then Kulenovic and am also convinced that the board did everything barring financial stupidity to sign them and a couple of others too. There is no point in wasting the Brown money on players who would be well down the list of targets. I notice the lack of transfer activity at this late stage in the window compared with previous seasons and, apart from a very few, not many big money transfers have stirred cash into the system this year. The reasons are pretty obvious. Unless the board have a couple of rabbits to pull out of the hat by Monday, I think that the best we could do now would be try for a couple on Premiership loanees. I see that my number one tout, Marcus Forss, was on target again for Brentford this evening, but it is an interesting symptom of the transfer market that no Premiership club has come in with seriously big money for Benrahma and I can see him being with the Bees for the season now, just like Woodrow for us, whether he was thinking of going, or not. Last chance with a one plus million bid for Marcus Forss, or it would be a couple of Premiership loanees for me. If it doesn't happen, I for one won't be blaming either Struber, or the board, both of who will, I am sure, have done their level best and nearly pulled off two, or three good 'uns.
Premier clubs will wait for Internati9nal window to close, then start to offer lowball offers, testing the resolve of cash strapped clubs
It could be argued that the Brown transfer fee has already been invested immediately, as promised, by the requisition of Michail Helik. His initial transfer fee and his wages for the entirety of his contract could equate to what we've received for Jacob Brown.
