    My lunch consisted of home made soup.

    Sausage, cavolo nero and cannellini bean soup, with a bit of lemon zest, chili flakes and passata.

    Very tasty and hearty and left overs for another day. Shielding has at least been good from the perspective we've wasted hardly any food at all.

    Soreen is good for practical jokes, get a piece and roll it on a flat surface then form into a twirl. (Get where I’m coming from )
    I showed a mate of mine this trick, he put it into a small black plastic bag and popped it in his dog walking jacket. He took it out just before he was taking the dog out and said to the wife "I forgot about this, wonder if it’s still fresh" then proceeded to eat it
