It’s scary how easy it is to pass through our midfield and Mowatt looks like he’s running in quick sand.Would like to think we can only get better but im not too sure.
Lots of players that seem capable of winning the ball, not many that look like they can find a team mate once they have it. Not entirely sure how this team will create any real chances, passing poor, movement poor, and just generally disjointed. That may be a consequence of constant tinkering of the team, because we have players capable of better than this imo.
Im watching a different game or have lower expectations. Weve done ok, id like to see Simeos Frieser and Oduor come on for Chaplin Thomas Ludwig.
One of those games (for us long distance supporters) where you are glad it's on the computer screen instead of sitting in the freezing cold after a long journey there and a return to come. Actually I'm getting a bit worried about this situation - I'm starting to think I don't mind not being there.
Another good chance for Woodrow there. Simoes again missing target. I'd get Schmidt on at some point.
We've found Frieser's best position, Right Wing, he's not a forward, Ludweig looks much more relaxed as a Full Back than Wing Back. Playing much more direct and cohesive. The lack of height and pace up front is costing the team.
