    All adverts in between the cycling get on mi nerves, repetitive begging, crap acting in life insurance ads then that cycling competition. Aargh.

    No kidding, I've taken to pausing tv for 5 mins during adverts and walking around the kitchen table. I managed about 6000 steps one evening just doing that.

    The one that gets me going is that absolute pillock Kevin Bacon on the EE advert,
    bashing on about " network shame." Personally as long as my calls go through
    or I am able to send a text, I don't give a monkeys which network I'm on.

    Good work that mate. I usually go for a walk during the day and get between 10k-15k steps. Occasionally I'll do a bigger one and get 25k done

    I find it hard getting my step total higher than 8-10k. Reliant on public transport and Covid restricted timetable. Just have 30 mins for dinner too. Then after Laura has been looking after George all day it seems unfair to say "right love thanks for tea put George to bed I'm just off for a walk". Sounds like an excuse but I don't think fitness gurus take into account people's everyday lives.

    There’s a poster at back of west stand advertising EE,or there was before we moved to Ponty end,saying best UK network,my son on EE stood next to poster,no signal ,Bacon your full of it pal!!

    That Peleton advert boils my pI$$ too,are there no ugly people on peleton ,or fat people,Least they got a black person and Chinese on advert now,good to see an ethnically PC usage of the peleton bike

    A few other points that wind me up,most people have no room for a peleton bike ,you’d be trying to watch screen looking over the washing on the airer, the one where women is peddling away whilst kid toddling round house alone winds me up most,if I left my lad alone for 5 mins he was up to no good putting remote down toilet or something
    But what really winds me up is some people must live like that and I’m well jealous,
