    Indeed it does. However, Dodworth station is much further up the line and would be a fair walk from any potential site for a stadium up there. The cost to build a new station on an existing line is ridiculous. The new station at White Rose in Leeds is estimated at 22 million. Not to mention there’s no capacity on the Penistone line for an additional service. There’s currently one train and hour in each direction.

    And where are we gonna find the 30-50 million quid to build this new stadium. Gonna have to find a lot of biscuits down the oakwell sofas to cover that.

    According to the Poggy NIMBYS, these houses are only for people from Leeds and Sheffield anyway.
