You'd like to think so... Any idea how they will be distributed, anyone?

I haven't had a single communication from the club regarding my membership since I coughed up for it. I contacted the club via the online form this morning for an update.

Cutting it fine though and what about those who never registered to buy tickets online - like my Dad for example - if they post them out chances are it will be too late for the first game - like it was last time.
This isnt a go at Whitey or Barnsley FC - I believe him when he says they are entirely at the mercy of the EFL, but its really not acceptable to leave it so late

Queue to form on Grove Street Friday morning. Although one lucky winner will have theirs personally delivered by Alex Mowatt.

Just had a reply from the club.

"Apologies for the delay in posting out your new seasonal membership cards. We underestimated the time the cards would take to arrive from the manufacturer. They have now arrived and we have started the printing and uploading process which usually takes around 3 weeks. New cards will be posted out and those with existing cards will be notified the access has been added to that card.
You will receive a new iFollow passcode for each qualifying game a day or two before the match, as soon as we receive the codes from the EFL. We will include instructions with the code."

I fully understand that there are processes and procedures to follow and sometimes things don't quite go to plan. We do seem to be a bit amateurish though, particularly for a championship club.

No we don't. Far from it. The club went above and beyond for us last season and I'm sure the majority of supporters recognise that. I'm also sure the club doesn't get everything 100% right, but "a bit amateurish" is complete ********.

That's a massively unfair slur with zero substance in terms of this topic. I've only just got home myself, having been at the club since 6.45am. During the end of last season and the EFL decision to stream games using iFollow codes, about three of us were tasked with making that successful. We probably weren't 100% successful, but considering we received the figures for each club in terms of inputted codes, and we were third for percentage of codes sent out that were activated, I'd say we did alright. Behind Leeds and Forest. Probably the hours we spent outside of office hours on platforms such as this, getting fans online.

We haven't received the codes as of today, for the Luton match. As soon as we do, we'll send them out. This will be on a game-by-game basis this time (yep, the mind boggles) with different codes each time. We will do our very best and more, as always. I hope we succeed for our loyal fans. And, I hope this charade ends soon and the world gets back to normal. Because this has been the most challenging period of my working life.

Yet when I look at what we do at the club despite the challenges, I'm more than proud of our efforts.

As I said last time - anyone has any trouble with their codes when we get them and send them out, message me and I'll try my best.

    You Reds.

Fair do's and thanks for taking the time to reply with a detailed insight into the ins and outs of it. I'm sure you do a great job under the circumstances. I fully retract the 'amateurish' slur. Keep up the good work fella!

Most appreciate it mate I’m pretty sure of that. Even if the minority grumble it’s natural for most on em.
I believe we have more information coming out of the club than we ever have. (The directors aside) Which is more than most championship clubs. Keep up the good work.

I would just like to put forward my appreciation for all you and everyone at the club are doing during these difficult times. I know you did your absolute very best last time trying to get the codes out. I'm sure 99.9% of people appreciate that as well.

Keep up the good work mate.

    You Reds
