I got it wrong - his name is Neco Williams (a strange name Neco means Death in Latin.) You may have seen my earlier post about his replacing Kiefer in the Taffs game against Bulgaria and scoring a 93 minute winner. The guy was on Liverpool's books when he was aged 6 ! Only one way of pronouncing his name - 'Necko' which begs the question why did I post my message re NIce biscuit in reply to your original post? According to Google they should be pronounced 'Neese' (they got their name originally because Queen Victoria first thought they were very Nice.)
That ad was famous in 1972. I remember as a 15 year old going to Glasgow on the train for a Scotland England game. We got to Stirling and a load of drunk fans got on and they were singing.
