That is NOT how I expect a Barnsley side to play

    Great result that.

Soccer Saturday has just said it's 5 home clean sheets on the spin.

    Keep that momentum going boys.

Thought we were excellent, enjoyed the game, we looked solid throughout.

Haven’t conceded a goal at home since we were all there against Cardiff in March. It’s weird to think that we are solid now.

Walton’s stats will look amazing , top keeper in Division last ten games imo .
Defence gone from zero’s to hero’s In such a short time , long may it continue.

Sollbauer has to one of the best signings of the decade. 1st time in English football and comes straight into a troublesome defence and sorts the job out. The rest of the defence look so assured with him at the back and Big Mads growing into some player aswell might I add. Well done Struber and the recruitment team you nailed it with this signing in Jan

Yep. Thoroughly impressed with Sollbauer. Although he did have the most terrifyingly bad debut since... Oh yeah - Aapo Halme just a few months before.

After the Charlton game I wondered what we’d signed, how he didn’t get sent off I’ll never know. Since then he’s been incredible though, most influential signing in a long time.

I think it's testimony to the hard work they put in on 'shape' in training. Ritzmaier gets stick on here as he's fairly ordinary going forward (which is important for a wing back/wide midfielder) but he is very disciplined and has also been a key factor in our recent defensive solidity. I'm really impressed with Styles. If he continues to develop I think we'll have our first £10m player.

Styles will have the team built around him for the next two seasons. An absolutely phenomenal talent. Plus he's got awesome hair. Not too quite as awesome as McGeehan's, but it's got potential.

Im not a tactical expert so is Strubers style of play the same as others playing 3 5 2 or does he do things differently and its his own way which makes us different ie Wilder has his way of playing which isnt a copy of Pep?

Whatever hes done and Im sure it is a lot more than a high press, the players seem to have grasped it and we are looking good.

I think a lot of our improvement defensively is down to the shape of the whole team & the work ethic of the group , they are fitter than I can ever remember & never stop grafting , they hunt & work in packs especially when we lose possession & anyone who watched the game yesterday would confirm that Forest were closed down so effectively that they hardly had any genuine chances to score or even take a strike at goal .
