My profession states I must follow the law, if someone is proved not to have a case they are removed. The law is clear, you are not the law your opinions mean nothing in law. Therefore I'm perfectly placed in my role, a role for which I've attained 3 commendations. You don't into my profession by collecting tokens on the back of a box of cornflakes.
Evidence??? First hand Experience??? First hand knowledge?? Now one of us has all the above who could that be?
Yeah yeah them moooossslims, them foriners. You sir are a gobshite racist, you win a plate of gammon!
I don’t have an issue with your profession other than when they choose not to uphold the law. The law should be applied equally recent events demonstrate that it isnt. But we’ve done that one. I genuinely don’t understand why you think as you do hence the domestic analogy, why are you happy to allow our country to be treated this way when you’d object if was your own home. One is an extension of the other surely ? I appreciate that you’re well qualified in your field as am I so please don’t write me off as a knuckle dragging tommy supporter because I’ve more oil in my lamp than that. I you mean you don't know that child benefit is payable to dependents living in other eu countries ?
I don't have children and have never claimed, hence asking you to elaborate. So you're saying that someone from Romania can move here, find a job, and then claim the same benefits? Is that an issue?
There's a lot of Czechs and Poles and asians here in Kerry. They all work and doubtless send money home. They're needed because the local population is not sufficient to do the jobs, it's seasonal and not that well paid. So they keep the economy going and psy tax and spend locally. What more do you want? As for political asylum seekers..do you agree we should give shelter to those in need or not? If not that's pretty callous in my opinion. If you do then, yes, there will be some who aren't genuine. Let the system weed them out. Of course there are costs involved but no good deed has no cost. You do it because you feel the cost to you is worth it. Would you rather send the Syrian or Libyan home to be slaughtered because it costs you a few quid?
Is I think you’re wrong with your first statement. If it’s illegal to travel without docs, passport etc, why aren’t these people charged with the offence and punished like you or me would be should we break the law? The other point that confused me was the try to enter a country without docs. I don’t know how many countries they have to travel through to reach France, but for your position to true, they’d have to have all their docs for all of their journey,, and then lose them in France. How unlucky that all migrants suffer the misfortune of losing their docs just when they need them.
Boson earth did you get such a responsible job with an aggressive attitude like that of are you making it up,typical ex cop.
edit: to be clear he suggested they were sending the child benefit home for children not living here. You can only claim child benefit for children who live with you, once again there's a misinterpretation of benefits law to promote an agenda. How it works You get Child Benefit if you’re responsible for bringing up a child who is: under 16 under 20 if they stay in approved education or training Only one person can get Child Benefit for a child. But I stopped engaging when I realised it was pigeon chess. I used to teach people these laws and how they're to be interpreted day in day out, but in the same way as @DavidCurriesMullet is finding, having actual experience and factual information can't change the mind of a misinformed troll.
