Don't expect to be paid to be my personal historian haha. I was seriously concerned about the figures being quoted by Labour and how the money would be found. Still not convinced. Wasn't impressed by the stance on the EU either. But I mentioned a couple of posts ago, looked at the candidates for the area and it was no contest. If the Tories or another party had put forward a brilliant manifesto and a candidate in the local area who I liked, then I could have changed my mind. But at the end of the day it was a case of better the devil you know and hope if they had got in, my fears on the points above would have been quashed. I know many on here wouldn't ever consider voting for another party regardless of what is served up and that is their choice, but I prefer to keep an open mind on things.
What is most laughable is all I suggested is that there was ZERO evidence that Johnson had set up the seating like that and tried to cover it up with a few kids distanced on one part of the classroom. If that was the case, they would have cut the other footage out don't ya think? I do have an opinion, it's not my fault on this occasion it doesn't match yours. Chill out!

50/50 I'd say. Nothing to suggest either scenario from a simple video like that. If you are hell-bent on knowing the answer to that, I'd suggest emailing Castle Rock school and asking the question.
Not sure what your issue is in someone disagreeing with someone else's viewpoint. You say indefensible for this thread, I'd say prove it that's all.

Your indignation at to what is pretty obvious to most re the video. Being pedantic is not a good trait ( how it comes across to me) . But you rightly have an a opinion. Not disputing that.
Don't know, again ask the school if you want answers. Out of the goodness of my heart I looked at their twitter feed. Someone has actually asked the school on twitter as to why the children were not socially distanced. They haven't responded so far. So I guess we wait for the big reveal...
It's not pedantic, it's just preferring to know the truth rather than jumping on a wave of possibilities which could be completely wrong. If one of those had been my children, I would have probably asked the school the question and would be the first to call it out regardless of who is at fault. It just seems odd that a PR team would have set it up then filmed the bit they were hiding. Whereas when you look at the other videos from his time at the school, they did it in some school hall/atrium with the children distanced. So my stance is that is could quite easily be the school who had the class set up like that. Time will tell.
Would like to know Boris’s viewpoint if as you say you think the school contributed to it being presented as shown. Either way we look at it. it should not have escaped anyone’s attention and requires questions asked. Admitted the point that no one appears to have questioned the set up is as disappointing as anything else. Suppose we’ll never know unless the school release a statement. Pity we don’t still have the daily briefing. Pretty sure the question would have been asked. All round. another pr screw up by those that are supposed to have Boris’s back. But given all the screw ups he’s done it’s watter off his back.
Regardless who set it up Boris is the Prime minister who sets the rules . Your stance wouldn’t have been the same had it been Jeremy Corbyn in exact same circumstances .

All you've done is defend Boris today. Whenever anyone has criticised him all you've done is deflect and deny. If this is the case then that's fine - if Boris is your boy, then embrace it.
