    Yeah that's probably it. They had a lot of players on long term contracts and high wages. They've not been able to shift a lot of them until their contracts have expired.

    I'm presuming they're including time in the academy as well, because I'd have thought Mowatt would have been our longest serving player. Jan 2017 he signed iirc.

    I know Troy Deeney is a big lad but surely he’s not turned into his own club?!

    Also, what is this based on? We’re in 17th on the list but our average is apparently 524 days which should put us 22nd surely?

    Home to Barrow, 10th August 1968. We lost 3-2. Johnny Evans opened the scoring in the game, Allen Bradbury completed the scoring. My first away game was three weeks later, a 0-0 draw at Rotherham United.
