I'd love to know how you watched that and arrived at the conclusion that they are expecting the vaccine by the end of the year. Firstly in the tweets and the video it's clear that there is no guarantee the vaccine will pass clinical trials. Secondly the Australian PM literally states in the video that if it does pass clinical trials he would expect the vaccine in early 2021.
