Just announced. Launching in September. Minimum 5 live games a week. Good news that for British NFL fans
I've been watching the NFL on there already though? What's new about it, just lots more coverage? Any extra cost etc?
Looking forward to being able to do one of my favourite bets in sport which is a Sky Bet RAB (request a bet) on every Sunday game to have points in all four quarters. If it comes in twice during the season you're slightly over break even, but it usually happens 3-5 times. I can't remember the last season it didn't land in the red.
Just a dedicated channel. More games. I assume more replays and other content when there’s no games on, too
Good news but I can only summise that there will a lot of filler programmes on there. I'm expecting to see wall-to-wall "America's Game" documentaries throughout the week. I can't stretch to Gamepass so I'll suck it up...
https://www.skysports.com/nfl/news/...y-sports-nfl-as-part-of-five-year-partnership I suspect the idea has come around to avoid Sky asking for money back from the product they signed up for being unavailable, such as packed stadiums.
F1 was an extra channel though (I think) this is just a renaming of an existing channel like when they have sky sports ashes sometimes
Wish Sky had more reasonable pricing for subscription to just one channel. I get why they don't but it's very frustrating.
It sounds like the NFL channel is an extra one, too. At least during the season. Not sure what they’ll do from February to August. So maybe a semi-permanent channel.
How are they going to do Red Zone and the 6pm and 9pm games on one channel? Sounds similar to the existing coverage but with extras like Good Morning Football. I have heard it strongly rumoured though that the college season isn't going to happen this year. If that's the case then NFL are likely to schedule games on Saturdays.
Looks like live games on Saturdays during regular season due to college season being cancelled or postponed.
Aye, nobody at all. It's really not difficult to understand if you watch for even 5 minutes. move ball forward is about the jist of it.
