    Depends on the reason for selling him really.
    If it was purely to get him off the wage bill, it wouldn’t matter where he went, also they may have changed the legal stuff to protect themselves for Wilks Payment better.

    So we've gone from clubs paying us peanuts for top quality players, to clubs just saying "ah **** it it's only Barnsley. Tell em we'll pay em next time" (then hiding behind the sofa when we come knocking).

    Wigan have not missed any payments for Moore.

    Hull missed a £200k installment (the final installment) for Angus MacDonald, they claim it's because we didn't inform them that he had an iron deficiency.

    They haven't just said "It's only Barnsley, what a laugh it would be to not pay them" - There's a legal case ongoing.
