Opens a week on Monday..... https://www.efl.com/news/2020/july/dates-for-2020-summer-transfer-window-confirmed
Ours will beat the best ever by becoming the better than best ever, beating the best ever we ever had, only to be beaten by the even better than the better than the best one next January. Go on, prove me wrong.
So you can’t play for a club until new season starts which seems fair enough, but what happens if you sign for someone else and then have to play against them still in this season?
All I ask is that we sell a few players for undisclosed fees while retaining an interest in their future.
Does that mean they know when next season will start - suggests it would be September? Have I missed that announcement?
Because the transfer window doesn't open until this seasons games have finished. Did you read the article? Even the OP said opens a week on Monday
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...ding-highlight-reel-videos-English-clubs.html Going to be plenty of bargains to be had. There will be plenty of well known names from the top two tiers playing in league one and two next season as they will have no choice.
Looking forward to it as always. Hopefully we are shopping with our championship targets and not league 1. Time will tell, but ready to get behind whoever pulls on the BFC shirt..
I can’t see there being too much activity actually, no one knows when fans will be allowed back in stadiums, if EFL dock the massives points, then maybe owners will think twice about spending money they don’t have. We might even have a chance of keeping Mowatt and Woodrow.
Read the article again mate..... For clarity the relevant sentence is below: "This is applicable to Clubs involved in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Offs. "
Playing for them yeah, but I think what Ik311 was on about was if a player signs for someone, will they then be allowed to play against them. For example, if Fulham sign a Brentford player, would said player then be able to play for Brentford against Fulham in the playoffs even though Fulham would have him under contract? I imagine it would be weird for the player too.
Yes I did read the article thanks, which is why I asked the question. What happens if the season end is delayed? Which is why I asked the question.
