Yeah cause the money robbing asset stripping board people refer to obviously want a drop in revenue of 7 million by forcing relegation. What a ludicrous post.
Would have thought the fact he will probably be on decent wages I reckon he’ll get the sack and that’s fine by me.
That's what Doris Dump keeps saying about Coronavirus! I conducted my post-mortem last August. When our owners sold our vital organs.
As ludicrous as going into a higher league, stripping out our most valuable assets, replacing them with a bunch of kids, and hoping for the best?
Halme scores, Styles puts the most dangerous cross in all night. Both of their introductions were 80 minutes too late for mine. And if I never see another slow, floaty, harmless Ritzmaier waste of a cross to our non-existent beanpole centre forward it'll be too soon.
I'm not going to get into the argument about contracts again. You clearly believe that if a player under contract, decides they wish to leave, the club has no choice in the matter. Bless.
The changes should’ve come sooner, no doubt about that, but our front three should’ve put their chances away well before.
Either the board is picking the team or old 'Ritzy' has some major league dirt on struber, proper prison stuff because the decision to pick him is 'Barnard castle' type stuff. Beyond human comprehension.
So explain to me although its been done a million times.. Hello Mr Pinnock, he is 30k a week or whateever to leave Barnsley. Sorry Brentford, I am happy earning a quarter of that at Barnsley thanks. Thats the conversation that didn't happen. So explain how you keep a player who doesn't want to be here and expect them to give their all for a team that stands in the way of them making a fantastic living and security for their families? Its just the suggestion that any board would prefer to be relegated to league 1 has zero logic behind it. I've not heard 1 single benefit from you or anyone else supporting that argument as to why the board would prefer to lose money? So over to you......
Brentford tapped him up? Made him an offer and our owners who have previous for threatening to sue anything that moves didn't bat an eyelid?
Cost us selecting the ineffective Ritzmaier again - waste of a player. Cost us with his way too late substitutions, and cost us by bringing one in at a time limiting us to how we can change the game. Not impressed.
Ritz was a long way from being our worst player tonight. If he'd performed in the second half like he did in the first, he'd have probably been my MoM. As it is, I'll have to spoil my ballot paper again.
Agree, we got the goal but had Walton to thank for preventing a Luton opportunity equally as good as ours, if not better. Had we gone with a similar system earlier I believe we would have lost heavily. It was **** or bust. Under normal circumstances I want Woodrow and Chaplin up front. In the last 10 minutes of a game that, if we lose, will almost certainly relegate us, I'll take anything. Even if one of those anythings is Schmidt. It worked today, but it was a gamble. I credit the manager for doing it, but don't believe he could have done it prior to when he did.
I don't think anyone is saying that we could have kept hold of those players - or at least they shouldn't be, because we couldn't. But we could have replaced them with a hell of a lot better than we did - bearing in mind that this very board took us down two years ago doing exactly the same thing. And we also could employ a manager who doesn't pick his mates and who plays players in their best position.
It is completely true.. You clearly think that it is better to stop transfers put the club at financial risk and the risk of players refusing to play, plunge into league 1 then 2 maybe beyond... Forgive me if I don't bless you.
