If I’m understanding it right there’ll be no points deduction till their league position is finalised and if the points deduction doesn’t relegate them then they will be given them next season instead , is this right ?

If Barnsley win 3 they need 4 wins and a draw from six matches.

Boro win for me. They’ll stay up with Colin at the helm, so I’d rather Hull get nothing. Could also all come down to GD, so a thrashing would be cool.

0-0 draw with each team getting 3 or 4 players sent off. Then both teams getting docked points for it. :D

No. The points deduction won't apply if they are relegated without it. If they finish outside the bottom 3, it is applied and the league table readjusted.

Wigan currently have 50 points. If the season ended today, they finish outside the bottom 3 and so take the 12 points penalty putting them on 38 and into last place.
If they had 40 points, they would be automatically relegated and start next season on -12.
If Wigan finished on 68 points, and taking the 12 point deduction leaves them outside the bottom 3, they start next season in the Championship with 0 points deduction.

Not quite, I think it's only deferred to next season if they finish in the bottom three before any deduction. So, if they finish 13 points above 22nd, points are deducted and they stay up.

Neither side to turn up, so it finishes -3 - -3 and both sides get a points deduction and fine.

4-0 to Borough but red cards galore for both sides plus plenty of long term injuries please.

Boro for me. Realistically there's no way that they'll go down under our old mate Colin. They may as well batter Hull.

Hopefully Fletcher scores 85 goals cos I still love him.

They wouldn't need the draw due to our inferior GD.

Absolutely any result other than the one we got. This staying up lark isn't bloody easy.
